Middle-schooler Jamie Kelly is mad. She's mad at Angeline, the most popular

Not the best in the series, but still pretty entertaining

This back cover summation pretty much sums up the trials and tribulations of Jamie Kelly. In this fourth installment, Jamie's sworn enemy Angeline gets into charity work and inspires Jamie and her best friend Isabella to develop some 'inner beauty' of their own. A mostly funny and occasionally charming tale that even teaches a valuable lesson at the end: Maybe we all have inner beauty. Give it a try.

Never Do Anything...

Such a cute, mocking kind of story, that is just sarcastic enough to keep preteens giggling, and even young teens like it. Too bad the story is over so quickly. If you have a fast reader, get her several of these to keep her going. One will be done in a very short time if she likes them.
